Timothy Slating is a Senior Law Clerk at Anderson & Fitzjarrald. Although he currently resides in Champaign, Illinois with his wife Kara, Mr. Slating spent the majority of his life in the area surrounding Detroit, Michigan. He received his primary and secondary education in Romeo, Michigan and later received his Bachelor's Degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. At Wayne State, Mr. Slating majored in Sociology.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. Slating worked as an Estimator and Project Manager for a successful construction company in the Detroit area. After developing this career for six years, he decided to pursue his life-long aspiration of becoming an attorney. Towards this end, Mr. Slating moved to Champaign, Illinois in 2007 to attend law school at the University of Illinois College of Law. He is currently in his final year of law school with an anticipated graduation date of May 2010.
